Party Package Additional Information

  • Venue must have power supply of 30 amperes during the event proper.
  • Client/organizer is responsible for securing gates passes, ingress and egress permit, and freight elevator request (if applicable).
  • Additional waffles will be charged per piece.
  • Package can only accommodate a maximum of 300 waffles; additional package setup will be charged beyond that.
  • If event exceeds 5 hours, a fee of ₱300/hour applies. For setups outside the city, additional transportation fees apply (toll, fuel, overtime).
  • Latest setup is 1 hour before the declared start of event.
  • Additional 10% for setup on special non-working holidays and 20% for legal holidays.
